All students enrolled in St. Louis Public Schools have been assigned iPads to enhance their learning. Beginning today, Friday, January 12th, every student will bring home their iPad each evening to be returned to school with them the next day.
In the event of inclement weather or other unplanned school closure, the St. Louis Public School District may elect to have an AMI day (Alternative Methods of Instruction) in lieu of cancelling classes. On these days, you will receive communication from your child’s teacher indicating important information for the day.
Important information about Virtual Learning:
- Students will login to their Microsoft Teams platform at the start of the regular school day. Students can access all of their class meetings and posted assignments from their Teams page. (Classroom teachers will provide additional guidance regarding the daily schedule and expectations for virtual learning.)
- Look for the blue Teams logo on district issued devices. For students using district issueddevices, they should already be logged in as part of the single sign on process. If needed, parents may contact the classroom teacher for login information.
